Your paysafecard has no expiration date. Your credit will therefore not expire either. However, there will be a maintenance fee after 12 months.

For the first 12 months, paysafecard does not charge you a maintenance fee. 12 months after you have bought your paysafecard you will be charged a maintenance fee of £2 per month, which will be deducted from your credit.

You should never buy paysafecard from online market places such as eBay. Also, please never swap paysafecard PINs on websites or forums. Such trades are often rooted in fraudulent activities and paysafecard cannot guarantee that you will get a valid PIN.

To exchange paysafecard junior for paysafecard classic, please send us a copy of the paysafecard junior, plus a copy of one form of photographic ID by e-mail. You will then receive an e-mail with your paysafecard classic. 

Simply enter your 16-digit PIN in one of our ###webshop### partner web shops. You can combine up to ten paysafecards per payment process and pay for items up to £ 1,000 online.

You can combine up to ten paysafecard PINs for a payment – up to a maximum amount of £ 1,000. If the purchase amount is more than the credit left on the paysafecard PIN, simply click on "Enter another PIN" in the payment window to add more PINs.

It usually only takes a few minutes. If the payment isn't immediately sent to the webshop, you can check the status of your payment in "Details" under the menu option "Balance".

As soon as you click on “Pay” in the paysafecard payment window, the amount will be transferred to the web shop. As a rule, the money will be available to the web shop within a few minutes.
If the web shop should be unable to carry out the transaction (e.g. due to technical problems), the amount will be credited back to your paysafecard. It will then generally be available to you no later than two hours after the transaction.
If after that period the amount in payment cannot be viewed on your paysafecard, please e-mail us the serial number of your paysafecard.
TIP: The precise length of payment can be viewed under menu item View credit, under “Details”.

Usually, a technical problem during the transaction triggers this rare error. If one hour later the amount has still not been credited to the web shop, please contact us.

Just send us an e-mail containing the following information about your paysafecard transaction, which you can view under “Details”: Serial number of your paysafecard, your e-mail address, the nickname you used to register with the web shop. We will be happy to contact the web shop for you to ask for the transaction to be repeated.

You can of course use your paysafecard to pay in foreign currencies. Simply enter your paysafecard PIN in the payment window of the web shop in question. The amount is converted automatically. Our currency calculator tells you which currencies are accepted by paysafecard as well as the latest exchange rates. 

No, it is not possible to cancel a payment made with paysafecard.

paysafecard is a secure payment method that involves several security checks. If one of these checks fails, it can lead to paysafecard being blocked. In this case, please contact the paysafecard service team.

You can check your credit any time under “View credit”.

You can use the remaining credit to make other purchases. If the purchase price exceeds your remaining credit, you can simply use several paysafecards for the payment process. You can combine up to ten paysafecards per payment process and pay for items up to £ 1,000. In the payment window, simply click on “Enter more PINs”.

paysafecard credit can be reimbursed. To do so, we need the serial number of the paysafecard you wish to have the remaining credit back from, your full name, your e-mail address, a legible copy of a form of photographic ID (front and back), a legible copy of the paysafecard in question, plus the account number, including IBAN and BIC/SWIFT numbers, of the personal bank account you wish to have the funds credited to. In some cases a refund fee may be incurred (see points 2 and 5 in the T&Cs).

A reimbursement usually takes 2-3 weeks.

Some paysafecards can only be redeemed at select partners or within a certain time period. Please see the text on your card or the text accompanying your PIN.

Promotion cards are usually only redeemable at selected partners or for a limited period. Please refer to the terms written on the promotion card. 
Some promotion cards only work in combination with paysafecard classic. It is therefore important that you first enter the promotion card's code in the payment window before entering that of the paysafecard classic. Please also remember that you can only combine cards holding the same currencies. Also: Most promotion cards have a minimum limit on what can be spent. This minimum limit varies between promotion cards, so please read the terms of your card.
