How do I get a refund in the USA?

Issuing a cheque refund is easy. Simply click the form below and fill in all the requested information. You will need to attach photos of the following documents, so keep them handy.

  • a copy of the paysafecard voucher(s).
  • your correct and full address (must be up to date).
  • a copy of a government issued photo ID containing your address (ID card, passport, driver’s license, front and back).

Ensure that the documents sent are legible and do not exceed 5 MB in size.

How long does it take to receive the money in my bank account?

It may take from 7 to up to 14 business days for the cheque to arrive at your address.

How much does a refund cost?

Can I cancel my refund request?

Once initiated, your refund cannot be reversed or cancelled.

My refund is missing. What can I do?

The cheque is usually received within 14 business days. However, on rare occasions, there may be delays, due to unforeseen circumstances. If 14 business days have passed since your refund has been initiated, and your cheque hasn’t arrived, contact us so we can trace it.
