How can I change my email address?

To update your email address, simply follow the steps below:
- Log in to your myPaysafe and go to the Settings menu.
- Click the Edit button next to your email address, enter the new one and click Save/Confirm.
- You’ll receive a link to your new email address to confirm the change.
- Click the link and continue using myPaysafe with your new data.
If you can’t log in for some reason or have lost access to your email address, contact us via the channel below so we can assist you further.
What should I do if I don’t receive the confirmation code?
- Check whether you’ve entered the correct email address.
- Check your Spam/Junk folders.
- Ensure you can receive emails.
- You can also resend the code after following the steps above.
You should use only your own personal information. You are not allowed to register for or use more than one myPaysafe.
