How do I withdraw myPaysafe account balance to my bank account?

Requesting a bank account withdrawal of your myPaysafe balance takes just a few simple steps:

  1. Log into your myPaysafe.
  2. From the Settings menu, click on "Add bank details" and enter your banking information (bank name, IBAN, BIC, etc.). If you have already added a bank account and want to change it, simply click on the Pencil button next to your bank account details.
  3. After successful entry of your bank details, from the starting page click on Withdraw Money and enter an amount.

Once your withdrawal has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Your bank account must be issued in the same country where you registered your myPaysafe.

How long does it take to receive the money in my bank account?

It may take from 3 to up to 5 business days for the funds to arrive in your bank. 

How much does a withdrawal cost?

A processing fee will be charged from the amount. To learn more about our fees and limits, visit the dedicated page.

Can I cancel my withdrawal request?

If we have initiated your withdrawal and have sent the money to your bank account, we cannot reverse or cancel the transaction.

Why did my withdrawal fail?

We might be unable to withdrawal your PaysafeCard prepaid code in the following cases:

  • We do not support transfers to your bank. Try with another bank, preferably registered in the same country as your myPaysafe.
  • Your name on your myPsyasafe does not match the name of the bank account. Withdrawals are only allowed to a personal bank account. Withdrawals to a third-party bank account will fail.
  • The bank details you have entered are not correct (IBAN/bank account number, SWIFT code, branch/bank code, etc.) Double-check your bank details.
  • Your bank does not accept transfers from myPaysafe. Contact your bank for more information.

If we are unable to complete your withdrawal, you will be contacted by a member of our Customer Service team and advised how to proceed.

My withdrawal is missing. What can I do?

The bank withdrawal is usually processed with the standard timeframe. However, on rare occasions, there may be delays, due to unforeseen circumstances. If 5 business days have passed since your withdrawal had been initiated, contact us so we can trace it. You will be required to send a bank statement, showing full bank account details, your name as the bank account holder, the bank account number, and full transaction history for that bank account from the date of the withdrawal.
