How can I change my personal data?

To view and manage your personal information, log into myPaysafe via a web browser and go to the Settings menu. Note that with the PaysafeCard app you can change only your phone number and email address.

If your myPaysafe is with Standard status, you can update your names, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and password. Check the related articles below to find out more information about each change.

If you’ve already upgraded your account status to Unlimited, you can change only your email address, phone number, and password within your account. In case you need to update your names, date of birth, and/or residential address, contact us via the channel below and attach a document proving the change. Make sure to check the related articles to find out more about our requirements.

If you’ve moved to another country or selected the wrong one upon registration, please close your myPaysafe and register again. To do so, go to Settings > Close account (using a web browser) or tap the Profile icon > Account details > Close account (using the PaysafeCard app).

You can’t change your username or customer ID.
