Your PaysafeWallet (formerly known as PaysafeWallet) plan gets automatically renewed every year on the same date you activated it.

• Start Plan renewal is free of charge and does not require any actions from you to be completed.
• Plus Plan renewal is subject to a yearly service fee, which gets automatically debited on the anniversary of your Wallet activation. All you have to do is ensure you have a sufficient Wallet balance to cover it.

Can the Plus Plan yearly service fee be debited from my PaysafeCard account balance instead?

Your PaysafeCard account balance cannot be used for this purpose. Any fees associated with the use of the Wallet after its initial activation get debited from the Wallet balance only.

What happens if my balance is insufficient at the time of auto-renewal execution?

If your Wallet balance is not sufficient to cover the yearly service fee upon plan renewal, your associated IBAN and Debit Mastercard® will get blocked for outgoing transactions. To re-enable them, simply top up your balance. Our system will automatically debit the fee amount and unblock your Wallet.
