If you have forgotten your card PIN, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the ‘PaysafeCard Mastercard®’ section of your myPaysafe account.
- Click on ‘Forgotten your PIN?’.
- Ensure that your mobile phone number is full and correct and press ‘Request PIN’.

You will receive an SMS text message with your 4-digit card PIN. It may take a few minutes to receive the SMS in some cases.
