How can I retrieve my PaysafeCard Mastercard® PIN?

If you have forgotten your card PIN, simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to the ‘PaysafeCard Mastercard®’ section of your myPaysafe account.
  2. Click on ‘Forgotten your PIN?’.
  3. Ensure that your mobile phone number is full and correct and press ‘Request PIN’.

You will receive an SMS text message with your 4-digit card PIN. It may take a few minutes to receive the SMS in some cases.

Always protect your PIN, never write it down and never disclose it to anyone.

What do I do if my PaysafeCard Mastercard® is blocked due to incorrect PIN entries?

If you have entered your card PIN incorrectly a few times, the card will be automatically blocked. To unlock your PaysafeCard Mastercard®, contact us using the form linked below.

Why can’t I retrieve my PaysafeCard Mastercard® PIN?

Depending on your reception quality you might receive the SMS with some delay. If you haven’t received your PIN reminders via SMS after 8 requests, contact us for further assistance using the form linked below.
