Conditions of Entry – Zalando bonus Promotion
1. Promotion organiser: paysafecard.com Wertkarten GmbH, Am Euro Platz 2, 1120 Vienna ("PaysafeCard").
2. Promotion period: The bonus promotion will take place starting 21.11.2023 08:00 and, subject to availability, latest until 05.12.2023 23:59 CET. Any transactions made outside of this period will not be eligible for a bonus.
3.Participant prerequisites: To be eligible for the bonus offer, customers must:
- be located in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands or Switzerland and have opened a myPaysafe account in accordance with the current version of the myPaysafe GTC
- buy a Zalando card from myPaysafe Gift Card shop in the required minimum value of €50/50 CHF during the promotion period. €20/30 CHF Zalando gift cards are excluded from this offer.
4. Eligible Customers will receive a 10% bonus on top of the purchased card value. The bonus will appear in the Zalando card balance. The customer can see the gift card balance in his Zalando account, or the remaining balance will be displayed during the voucher redemption.
5. Only three entries are permitted per person and card value. Attempts to participate more often will lead to disqualification from the promotion. Participation in the promotion cannot be transferred to others.
6. There is no cash alternative. Legal recourse is excluded. Austrian law applies. PaysafeCard accepts no responsibility for mistakes, delays or unavailability of the promotional page.
7. At any time, PaysafeCard is authorised to discontinue the promotion for a compelling reason during the period of the promotion, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.
8. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion.
9. The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form has only been used for the purpose of simplification.
