All fees and limits at a glance
PaysafeCard fees
Both the use of PaysafeCard and the payment are generally free of charge. However, the following fees may arise (you can read more detailed information in our GTC):
- Service fee: From the 2nd month, a monthly service fee of 1.50 EUR / 3 BGN will be deducted from the residual credit of the PaysafeCard prepaid code.
Don't want to pay a Service fee? Sign up for your PaysafeCard account today and redeem the voucher. That is all it takes. - Conversion fee: PaysafeCard charges a fee for transactions with currency conversions. The PaysafeCard currency calculator immediately gives you the current exchange rate.
- Refund fee: 3,83 EUR / 7,50 BGN per refund will be deducted from the amount to be paid out.
- PaysafeCard account service fee: From the 13th month, a monthly fee of 3 EUR / 6 BGN will be deducted from the PaysafeCard account if the customer has not carried out any transactions in the PaysafeCard account within 12 months.
