Two-factor authentication

Security comes first with PaysafeCard. This is why we have made my PaysafeCard even more secure by two-factor authentication, in line with the second European Payment Services Directive ("PSD2").

For two-factor authentication, you need the free PaysafeCard app as well as your PaysafeCard login details.

    Link my PaysafeCard by logging into the app.

    Enter your login data and confirm the message in the PaysafeCard app.

TIP: During initial installation, the box "Trust this device" is already checked, making the payment process with your PaysafeCard login details as simple, fast and secure as usual.
