- When will the my PLUS loyalty programme be discontinued?
The my PLUS loyalty programme will be discontinued as of 5 May 2020. Until 10 March 2020, collect points for each payment as usual. After that, until 5 May 2020, you will still have the opportunity to redeem your points for Rewards in the my PLUS Shop.
- How many PLUS points do I have and where can I see my points balance?
You can see the number of your collected points on the homepage of your my paysafecard account. The points balance will be displayed right at the top in the menu bar.
- Can I redeem my PLUS points for cash?
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your collected points for cash or e-money. However, until 5 May 2020, you can redeem your point for Rewards in the my PLUS Shop.
- For how long are my Rewards that I have already acquired valid?
All of your PINs and discounts acquired in the my PLUS Shop are valid until 30 June 2020. Until this time, redeem your Rewards as usual.
