How can I change my personal data? (Germany, Switzerland)
To view and manage your personal information, log into PaysafeCard account via a web browser and go to the Settings menu. Note that with the PaysafeCard app you can change only your phone number and email address.
If your account is with Standard status, you can change your residential address, email address, phone number, and password.
If you’ve already upgraded your account status to Unlimited, you can change only your email address, phone number, and password within your account. In case you need to update your names, date of birth and/or residential address, contact us via the channel below and attach a document proving the change.
