If you’ve forgotten your password and don’t have access to your PaysafeCard account, follow the steps below:

1. From the login screen, click Forgot your password?
2. Select the option to receive a link to your registered email address and confirm your email address.
3. You’ll receive an automated email with a link to log in. Follow the link and enter your new password.

As an additional security measure, we may ask you to confirm your password change via two-factor authentication. To authenticate, you’ll be asked to select one of two options: confirm your date of birth and ZIP code as registered in your PaysafeCard account, or receive a one-time code sent via SMS to your registered phone number.

Don’t receive the password reset link email?

• Check whether you’ve entered the correct email address.
• Check your Spam/Junk folders.
• Ensure you can receive emails.
• You can also go back to the ‘Forgot your password?’ and select the option to change your credentials via SMS.

Can I reset my password from my account?

If you have access to your PaysafeCard account, you can easily reset your password by following these steps:

1. Log into your PaysafeCard account using your current credentials.
2. On web, navigate to the Security section and click the Edit button next to your password. On the mobile app, go to Profile/Account > Security and Privacy > Change Password.
3. You'll be asked to confirm your current password and then enter the new one. Make sure to enter the new password correctly, as you won't be asked to confirm it.
