If you’re dealing with a gambling addiction, or a drug or alcohol dependency, tell us how we can help:
- log into your account via a web browser, go to My Profile > Personal details > Settings > Additional support programme > Edit, and select all options that apply, or
- contact us via the available channel at the end of the article.
We’ll use this information to change the way we support you, including:
- turning on the gambling block feature on your behalf
- talking about spending limits and spending control apps
- giving you information on self-help options, self-exclusion, and blocking software
- referring you to trusted external charities and organizations for specialized support.
The details you share with us will be added as a note to your account, so we can offer you the best support for your situation. We’ll never share your information outside of PaysafeCard, unless required to do so by law. We’ll always ask for your consent before making any changes to the way we support you, unless we believe it’s necessary for your wellbeing.
