Can I retry to pay as guest for online PIN if I can’t verify my email?

Upon making an online PIN purchase as guest, we ask you to verify the email address you provide us by entering a 6-digit code we send to your email. This is important because we deliver the 16-digit PIN after purchase only via email.  

If you can’t find the verification email in your Inbox:

  • check the Spam/Junk folder
  • check if there’s a typo in the email address you provided
  • try allowing some time to pass in case the email delivery is delayed for some reason (e.g., low internet reception, speed, etc.).

Each email verification code is valid for 60 minutes and you can request a new email with code to be sent to you up to 5 times.

If you exceed the allowed email verification attempts, you won’t be able to purchase PIN as guest. In this case, you can sign up for PaysafeCard and purchase PINs online any time.
