Why have I not received the online PIN I paid as guest for yet?
Upon successful Pay as guest online PIN purchase, we send you right away an email containing your 16-digit PIN and additional transaction details.
If you can’t find the email in your Inbox, check the Spam/Junk folder. You could also allow some time to pass in case the email delivery is delayed for some reason (e.g., low internet reception, speed, etc.).
If you don’t receive the email, contact us via the button below and our team will assist you by re-sending the PIN delivery email.
