As an owner of a PaysafeCard account, you can order a prepaid card from the PaysafeCard Mastercard® menu.
How can I order a PaysafeCard Mastercard®?
- Log into your PaysafeCard account and navigate to the PaysafeCard Mastercard® menu.
- Select a card design, check your personal details and correct them if necessary.
- Accept the general terms and conditions and submit your order.

How long would it take to receive the card?
The PaysafeCard Mastercard® is usually delivered within 14-20 business days after application.
Are there any fees?
An annual card fee will be deducted from your available PaysafeCard account balance upon completing your order. Learn more about our fees here.
Is any additional verification required?
If you haven’t verified your identity already, you will be prompted to upload a copy of your official valid photo ID to confirm your identity. Your documents will be reviewed once submitted. After successful verification, you will be notified by e-mail.
