All fees and limits at a glance

Both the use of PaysafeCard and the payment are generally free of charge. However, the following fees may arise (you can read more detailed information in our GTC):

• Service fee: From the 2nd month, a monthly service fee of 80 CZK will be deducted from the residual credit of the PaysafeCard prepaid code.
  Don't want to pay a Service fee? Sign up for your PaysafeCard account today and redeem the voucher. That is all it takes.
• Conversion fee: PaysafeCard charges a fee for transactions with currency conversions. The PaysafeCard currency calculator immediately gives you the current exchange rate.
• Refund fee: 150 CZK per refund will be deducted from the amount to be paid out.
• PaysafeCard account service fee: From the 13th month, a monthly fee of 130 CZK will be deducted from the PaysafeCard account if the customer has not carried out any transactions in the PaysafeCard account within 12 months.
