All fees and limits at a glance

Both the use of PaysafeCard and the payment are generally free of charge. However, the following fees may arise (you can read more detailed information in our GTC):

• Monthly fee: the monthly fee of 3 EUR will be charged for the first time 30 (thirty) days after purchase.
• Conversion fee: PaysafeCard charges a fee for transactions with currency conversions. The PaysafeCard currency calculator immediately gives you the current exchange rate.
• Refund fee: 2,50 EUR per refund will be deducted from the amount to be paid out.
• PaysafeCard account service fee: From the 13th month, a monthly fee of 2 EUR will be deducted from the PaysafeCard account if the customer has not carried out any transactions in the PaysafeCard account within 12 months.
