Regardless of whether you want to cancel your PaysafeWallet plan (formerly known as PaysafeWallet) or cancel your Debit Mastercard®, make sure to submit your cancellation request through the contact form below.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer the option to cancel your plan or card directly through the PaysafeCard application or website. If you wish to cancel your Wallet plan, inform us through the form linked below.

What should I do if there is balance left in my Wallet?

In case you have a remaining Wallet balance, we recommend transferring it to your PaysafeCard account balance. To do so, log in to PaysafeCard, tap on "Add Money" and select Wallet as your funding source.

Alternatively, you can spend your remaining funds at a merchant with your Debit Mastercard®, withdraw them at an ATM, or send them to your bank account via a SEPA transfer.
