What is SEPA recall?
The SEPA recall is a service that enables you to request the reversal of a SEPA transfer after it has been initiated. As a recipient of SEPA payments, you may also receive recall requests from senders.
How can I submit a SEPA recall request?
To do so, simply contact us using the form below and provide us with the payment details (date, amount, and recipient) as well as the reason for the reversal. Make sure to include information about any errors in your original transfer, such as incorrect IBAN, recipient name, payment amount, etc.
In case the SEPA transfer was made without your consent, or if you haven’t received the goods or services you’ve paid for, please let us know explicitly.
We will review and forward your request to the recipient bank where it will be either accepted or rejected within 15 business days after submission.
A SEPA recall request was submitted to me, what do I do?
When a SEPA recall is submitted for a transfer to your Wallet, our team will reach out to ask if you accept or reject the request. To process such inquiries, we ask you to respond as soon as possible.
Should you accept, ensure your Wallet has sufficient balance to process the reversal.
Carrying out SEPA recall transactions does not incur any additional fees.
