Why can't I send PaysafeCard as a Gift?
If you are unable to send PaysafeCard as a gift, you will get an on-screen error message, and a suggestion about what to do. Follow the instructions you see, as they are tailored to your case.
Some of the more common reasons for a declined transaction are:
• The recipient’s account is temporarily disabled. Contact them to confirm their account is in good standing.
• You're entering an invalid e-mail address. Confirm the e-mail with the recipient.
• The sender or the recipient has hit a limit. Reduce the amount or try again after the time suggested onscreen passes.
• The recipient’s account is not yet upgraded. Advise them to upgrade their account.
• The sender is attempting to resend Gift balance as a Gift. Please add funds to your account using an alternative method and try again.
