How can I cancel my Debit Mastercard® or my Account & Card plan?

Regardless of whether you want to cancel your Account & Card plan or cancel your Debit Mastercard®, make sure to submit your cancellation request through the contact form below.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer the option to cancel your plan or card directly through the PaysafeCard application or website.

What should I do if there is balance left in my Account & Card?

In case you have a remaining Account & Card balance, we recommend transferring it to your PaysafeCard account balance. To do so, log in to PaysafeCard, tap on "Add Money" and select Account & Card as your funding source.

Alternatively, you can spend your remaining funds at a merchant with your Debit Mastercard®, withdraw them at an ATM, or send them to your bank account via a SEPA transfer.
