You can easily transfer money from your Wallet (formerly known as PaysafeWallet) balance to your PaysafeCard account balance by following these steps:

1. Go to the Wallet section in your PaysafeCard account.
2. Select Send Money > PaysafeCard.
3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, and press Send money. 

You can also make the transfer from the section Add money > Use your Wallet balance. 

What are the fees and limits?

Transferring money from your Wallet to your PaysafeCard balance is free of charge. 

If you reach any limits upon initiating the transfer, you’ll be notified on-screen.

How long does it take to process the transfer?

Balance transfers within the PaysafeCard account are generally completed within a few seconds. You’ll see an on-screen message that we’re processing your transfer. Once processed, your Wallet and PaysafeCard balances will be updated, and the transaction will become visible in your history.
