How can I manage my bank account?
IBAN details
To check your full bank account details, simply visit the Wallet section (formerly known as PaysafeWallet) > 3-dot menu > Wallet details.
We are regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, and our local licensing with an Irish bank allows us to issue an Irish IBAN. Your Irish IBAN is a regular bank account number without any limitations.
It is not possible to change your IBAN.
SEPA transfers
Wallet allows you to both send and receive SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfers. To receive money simply provide the sender bank with your full Wallet beneficiary details. For details on how to send money from your Wallet, check our respective page linked below.
Transaction history
You can view an expanded list of your transactions and filter them for easier payments search by clicking the Show all button on the Transactions history widget in the Wallet section.
Bank statement
You can generate a bank statement for your IBAN from the Wallet section in your account. Simply select Statements from the 3-dot menu, choose your desired period and click Generate statement. You can also download your generated statement in PDF format.
Yearly fee statement
The yearly fee statement provides an overview of all the fees charged for Wallet services over a selected year. It also includes any interest paid or earned. To obtain a fee statement, go to the Wallet tab, select Statements from the 3-dot menu and tap on Statement of Fees.
Card ownership letter
You can request a written card ownership confirmation from us, by using the contact form below. With this confirmation you can provide ownership proof of your Debit Mastercard® to any commercial or legal entities that may require it.
