Common reasons for a failed top up:

  • Your daily, monthly or annual top-up limits might've been reached. For details on our fees and limits, visit this page.
  • Check if your card is blocked or not activated in the PaysafeCard Mastercard® section of your account.
  • The balance in your PaysafeCard account might be insufficient to top-up your Mastercard®.
  • Your PaysafeCard account might be restricted. Check for any messages in your account Dashboard.

Useful tips:

  • If you encounter issues while topping up your PaysafeCard Mastercard®, you can load your card in two separate top-ups in case the top-up amount exceeds the limit.
  • Topping up your card with less than 1 EUR (or equivalent) will not be possible.
