I bought a PaysafeCard Junior prepaid code by mistake. What can I do?

Copied to clipboard

PaysafeCard Junior is a special PaysafeCard prepaid code, designed for the needs of young customers below the age of 18. It can only be used in certain online shops, and is not accepted in webshops with inappropriate subject matter, such as sports betting, online casinos, adult content, etc.

If you are over 18 years of age and have mistakenly purchased a PaysafeCard Junior prepaid code, we can exchange it free of charge for a classic PaysafeCard prepaid code.

Please contact us through our online form below attaching the following documents:

  • Copy of the PaysafeCard Junior prepaid code(s) purchased in error.
  • Copy of your official photo ID (e.g. passport, driving license or identity card; front and back).

Please ensure that the documents sent are easily legible and their size does not exceed 2 MB in size.

Note that such exchanges are one-time exceptions made as as a goodwill gesture. Thus, further exchange requests might not be honoured.
