Conditions of Entry – "Account & Card Holiday" Competition
Competition organiser: paysafecard.com Wertkarten GmbH ("PaysafeCard").
Promotional period: The promotion will take place between 11 December 2024 and 31 December 2024.
Prizes: The following prizes are available as part of this promotion:
- Main prize: 1x PlayStation®5 Pro console
- Additional prizes: 100 x EUR 50 PaysafeCard codes*
*The use of PaysafeCard codes is restricted to Account & Card. When topping up Account & Card with PaysafeCard, a fee of 5% (Start Plan) or 3.5% (Plus Plan) will be incurred.
Prizes are not redeemable and may not be exchanged for cash. If taxes apply to the prizes in the respective country, PaysafeCard has the right to adjust the value of the prize accordingly. The organiser's decision is final.
Participant prerequisites: Eligible participants are all natural, adult persons (the definition of adult is in accordance with the law of the state of residence of the respective natural individual) who reside in Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Latvia, the Netherlands, Austria, Slovakia and Cyprus and take part during the promotional period.
Competition mode: Eligible participants take part in the competition by
- answering the competition question correctly on our website at https://www.paysafecard.com/holiday-psc
- filling out the form completely,
- accepting the conditions of entry, and
- activating the Account & Card completely in myPaysafe during the promotional period. The effective date for a completed activation is 31 December 2024.
Competition question: Why will you love Account & Card?
Only one entry per person. Participation in the promotion is only possible via https://www.paysafecard.com/holiday-psc/. PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion.
Selection of winners: The participants are hereby informed that this is a prize draw and that there is no obligation to determine a winner based on specific skills. The winners will be selected according to a random procedure, as described here, and determined by the organiser of the competition. The winners will be selected from all correct answers to the competition question and complete Account & Card activations. The winners will be determined between 15 January and 30 January 2025 in a private location.
Communication of winnings: All of the winners will be notified about their prize by email within 14 (fourteen) work days of the winners being selected. The digital codes will be sent to the respective winners by email. For the dispatch of physical prizes, PaysafeCard will contact the respective winners to determine the address of the respective winners. The dispatch of material prizes can take up to one month after the winner has been announced. Those who have not won a prize will not receive a notification.
Publication/Privacy policy: The personal details of the participants specified in the promotion will be exclusively used by PaysafeCard for the notification of winnings in accordance with the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice. Disclosure to third parties is only for the purpose of sending the prize and will not be used for any other purpose.
Premature competition termination: At any time, PaysafeCard is authorised to discontinue the competition for a compelling reason during the period of the competition, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.
Final provisions: The competition is subject to Austrian law, with the exclusion of the relevant provisions on the conflict of laws. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
Should any individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this shall not impair the validity of the other provisions.
The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form is only used for the purpose of simplification.
