Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Organiser: Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited,15 George’s Quay, Dublin 2, D02 VR98, Ireland,  authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”) as an electronic money institution under the European Communities (Electronic Money) Regulations 2011, and, for customers resident in the United Kingdom, by Prepaid Services Company Limited, 2 Gresham Street, 1st Floor, London, EC2V 7AD, England, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales and authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (together “PaysafeCard”).
2. Promotion Period: The bonus promotion will run between 08.09.2026 00:00 CET and 11.10.2026 23:59 CET. Any participation made outside of this period will not be eligible for a Reward.
3. Promotion Details: Participation is open to all users who are residents of Romania, Spain, and the United Kingdom and who have a PaysafeCard account in accordance with the current version of the PaysafeCard general terms and conditions
4. Participant prerequisites:

To participate in the promotion, eligible customers must:

• Have an existing active PaysafeCard account; and 
• Make a single payment of at least 20 EURO (100 RON for customers in Romania, 20 GBP for customers in The United Kingdom) at any merchant with your PaysafeCard account during the promotion period (“Qualifying Transaction”).

5. Reward: Customers who meet the criteria set out in Section 4 during the promotion period will receive an additional 10 EURO (50 RON for customers in Romania, 10 GBP for customers in The United Kingdom), credited to their account balance (“Reward”). The Reward will be applied automatically following the Qualifying Transaction. The Reward cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged. All Reward credits expire 15 November 2026 and are redeemable with any merchant.
6. Privacy and Personal Data: The processing of participants data is governed by the Paysafe Group Limited Privacy Policy which can be found on PaysafeCard’s website (https://www.paysafecard.com/privacy). Additional information may be required by PaysafeCard to verify compliance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
7. Each eligible customer may participate only once in the promotion. Multiple attempts to obtain additional Rewards may result in disqualification. Participation is personal and non-transferable.
8. The Reward cannot be paid out in cash. PaysafeCard assumes no responsibility for errors, delays, or unavailability of systems required for participation.
9. PaysafeCard reserves the right to end this promotion at any time in its sole discretion. PaysafeCard further reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these promotion Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of PaysafeCard that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the promotion.
10. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
11. PaysafeCard will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the participant taking part in the promotion except where it is caused by the gross negligence of PaysafeCard or that of their employees. Participant’s statutory rights are not affected.
12. PaysafeCard shall not be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the promotion Terms and Conditions, if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strike, war (declared or undeclared), embargo, blockade, legal prohibition, governmental action, riot, insurrection, damage, destruction, flight or other transportation delays or cancellations.
13. The applicable law for the promotion and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the law of the customer's place of residence. Any claims related to the promotion will be settled under the local jurisdiction of the customer's residence.
