Promotion Terms and Conditions “PaysafeCard - Full Due Diligence 5 EURO Reward”
1. Promotion Organisers: Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited (PPSL), 15 George’s Quay, Dublin 2 D02 VR98, Ireland, and Prepaid Services Company Limited (PSCL), 1st floor, 2 Gresham Street London EC2V 7AD, United Kingdom (together referred to as “PaysafeCard“). PPSL is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”) as an electronic money institution under the European Communities (Electronic Money) Regulations 2011. PSCL is licensed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom under the UK Electronic Money Regulations 2011 for the issue of electronic money and financial instruments (FRN: 900021).
2. Promotion Period: The bonus promotion will run between 25.02.2026 00:01 CET and 02.03.2026 23:59 CET. Any participation made outside of this period will not be eligible for a Reward.
3. Promotion Details: PaysafeCard will send selected customers a marketing communication (the “Promotion Email”) informing them that if they successfully complete Full Due Diligence (“FDD”) verification on their PaysafeCard account during the Promotion Period, they will receive a one‑time 5 EURO reward (the ‘Reward’). The Reward will be credited to the customer’s PaysafeCard account instantly upon successful completion of FDD.
4. Participant prerequisites:
To be eligible to participate in the promotion, customers must:
- have an active PaysafeCard account under the current General Terms & Conditions; (see www.paysafecard.com);
- have received the Promotion Email directly from PaysafeCard;
- successfully complete the FDD process on or before 02 March 2026; and
- be at least 18 years of age.
5. Selected customers will receive the Reward credited to their instantly after PaysafeCard confirms successful completion of FDD verification. The Reward is a 5 EURO non‑withdrawable balance that can only be used with merchants who accept PaysafeCard. The Reward cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged. Any unused portion of the Reward will expire on 04.05.2026 23:59 CET.
6. Privacy and Personal Data: The processing of participants data is governed by the Paysafe Group Limited Privacy Policy which can be found on PaysafeCard’s website (https://www.paysafecard.com/privacy). Additional information may be required by PaysafeCard to verify compliance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
7. Each eligible customer may participate only once in the promotion. Multiple attempts to obtain additional Rewards may result in disqualification. Participation is personal and non‑transferable.
8. The Reward cannot be paid out in cash. The law of the customer's place of residence applies. PaysafeCard assumes no responsibility for errors, delays, or unavailability of systems required for participation.
9. PaysafeCard reserves the right to end this promotion at any time in its sole discretion. PaysafeCard further reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these promotion Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of PaysafeCard that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the promotion.
10. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
11. PaysafeCard will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the participant taking part in the promotion except where it is caused by the gross negligence of PaysafeCard or that of their employees. Participant’s statutory rights are not affected.
12. PaysafeCard shall not be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the promotion Terms and Conditions, if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strike, war (declared or undeclared), embargo, blockade, legal prohibition, governmental action, riot, insurrection, damage, destruction, flight or other transportation delays or cancellations.
13. The applicable law for the promotion and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the law of the customer's place of residence. Any claims related to the promotion will be settled under the local jurisdiction of the customer's residence.
