Promotion Terms and Conditions “Google Play Loyalty Points Promotion”

1. Promotion Organiser: paysafecard.com Wertkarten GmbH, Am Europlatz 5 1120 Vienna (“PaysafeCard”)

2. Promotion Period: The bonus promotion will run between 01.07.2026 00:00 CET and 31.07.2026 23:59 CET. Any participation made outside of this period will not be eligible for a Reward.

3. Promotion Details: Participation is open to all natural persons who are residents of Germany. Eligible participants must have an active PaysafeCard account opened in accordance with the applicable registration rules in their jurisdiction.

4. Participant prerequisites:

To participate in the promotion, eligible customers must:

• Have a registered address in Germany and have opened a PaysafeCard account in accordance with the current version of the PaysafeCard general terms and conditions;
• Have connected their PaysafeCard as a registered payment method on Google Play and, during the Promotion Period, made purchases in Google Play using PaysafeCard on the Germany Google Play Store or in app with a minimum of 50 EURO value (“Qualifying Transaction”); and
• Have a Google consumer account for the Germany Google Play Store (Google EDU or child accounts are ineligible), and are enrolled in the Google Play Points loyalty scheme.

5. Reward: Customers who meet the criteria set out in Section 4 during the promotion period will receive additional Play Points via a code sent to their email to be redeemed in their Google Play Store app (“Reward”). The Reward will be distributed within 17 working days from the end date of the campaign. The Reward cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged.  All Reward credits expire 30 September 2026 23:59 CET and are redeemable on the Google Play store. Reward structure is outlined below.

6. Privacy and Personal Data: The processing of participants data is governed by the Paysafe Group Limited Privacy Policy which can be found on PaysafeCard’s website (https://www.paysafecard.com/privacy). Additional information may be required by PaysafeCard to verify compliance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

7. Each eligible customer may redeem only one code at the end of the campaign. Multiple attempts to obtain additional Rewards may result in disqualification. Participation is personal and non-transferable.

8. The Reward cannot be paid out in cash. PaysafeCard assumes no responsibility for errors, delays, or unavailability of systems required for participation.

9. This promotion is organised and operated solely by PaysafeCard as the promoter. Google is not a sponsor of, and has no responsibility for, the promotion, including its administration or execution, and has no control over the terms of the promotion (other than the standard operation of Google Play Points and redemption of codes within Google Play).

10. PaysafeCard reserves the right to end this promotion at any time in its sole discretion. PaysafeCard further reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these promotion Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of PaysafeCard that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the promotion.

11. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

12. PaysafeCard will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the participant taking part in the promotion except where it is caused by the gross negligence of PaysafeCard or that of their employees. Participant’s statutory rights are not affected.

13. PaysafeCard shall not be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the promotion Terms and Conditions, if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strike, war (declared or undeclared), embargo, blockade, legal prohibition, governmental action, riot, insurrection, damage, destruction, flight or other transportation delays or cancellations.

14. The applicable law for the promotion and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the law of the customer's place of residence. Any claims related to the promotion will be settled under the local jurisdiction of the customer's residence.
