Conditions of Entry – Guessing Game
Competition organiser: paysafecard.com Wertkarten GmbH
Competition period: The competition will take place monthly between 1 August 2020 and 31 December 2022. The closing date for each draw is the last day of the respective month.
Prizes: The following prizes will be drawn among all participants:
5 x PaysafeCard PINs worth EUR 10 each
*or an equivalent amount in the participant's respective local currency.
Prizes are not redeemable and may not be exchanged for cash. The organiser's decision is final.
Participant prerequisites: Participation is open to all natural adult persons (the definition of adult follows the law of the country of residence of the respective natural person) resident in Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Georgia, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, Uruguay or the United Kingdom, and who take part during the competition period,
Competition mode: Eligible participants take part in the competition by
- answering the estimation question including the arithmetic problem,
- fill out the form completely and
- accept the Conditions of Entry.
Only one entry per person. Taking part in the promotion is exclusively possible by entering via the PaysafeCard competition website (www.paysafecard.com/guessinggame-onboarding). PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to take part in the competition. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.
Selection of the winners: The winners will be drawn on a monthly basis under exclusion of the public. From all of the answers to the estimation question, the best five participants will be selected, whose answer is closest to the result.
Communication of winnings: All winners will be contacted within seven days of the prize draw, via the email address given by the participant, with regards to their prize – and will receive their winnings by email (T&Cs at www.paysafecard.com).
Those who have not won a prize will not receive a notification.
Publication/privacy policy: All winners will have their first names, the first letter of their last names and their countries of residence on the winners' page. The personal details of the participants specified in the competition will be exclusively used for the notification of winnings in accordance with the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice. No data will be given to third parties.
Premature competition termination: We reserve the right to terminate this competition at any time both during and after the competition period, without justification or prior notification. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.
Final provisions: The competition is subject to Austrian law, with the exclusion of the relevant provisions on the conflict of laws. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
Should any individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this shall not impair the validity of the other provisions.
The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form is only used for the purpose of simplification.
