Conditions of Entry - Guessing Game
Competition organiser: paysafecard.com Wertkarten GmbH
Competition period: The competition will take place on a monthly basis between 2 December 2019 and 31 December 2022. Close of entry for each draw is the last day of the respective month.
Prizes: The following prizes are available as part of this promotion:
5 x PaysafeCard PINs worth EUR 10 each
*or an equivalent amount in the participant's local currency
This prize and the PaysafeCard PINs may not be exchanged for cash. All decisions are final.
Participant prerequisites: All natural persons of full age are eligible to participate (the full age is based on the law of the country of residence of the respective natural person), who have their place of residence in Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Georgia, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, Uruguay or the United Kingdom and who participate during the competition period.
Competition mode: Eligible participants take part in the competition by
- answering the guessing question, including the mathematical problem,
- completely filling out the form and
- accepting the Conditions of Entry.
Only one entry per person. Participation in the competition is exclusively possible through an entry on the PaysafeCard competition site (www.paysafecard.com/guessinggame). Paysafecard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the competition. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.
Selection of winners: The drawing of the winners will take place on a monthly basis without public presence. The five best participants, whose answer is closest to the result, will be determined from all of the answers to the guessing question.
Communication of winnings: All winners will be contacted within seven days of the prize draw, via the email address given by the participant, with regards to their prize – and will receive their winnings via email (T&Cs at www.paysafecard.com). Those who have not won a prize will not receive a notification.
Publication/Privacy policy: All winners will have their first names, the first letter of their last names and their countries of residence published on the winners' page. The personal details of the participants entered in the competition will be exclusively used by PaysafeCard for the notification of winnings, in accordance with the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice. No data will be given to third parties.
Premature competition termination: We reserve the right to terminate this competition at any time both during and after the competition period, without justification or prior notification. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.
Final provisions: The competition is subject to Austrian law, with the exclusion of the relevant provisions on the conflict of laws. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
Should any individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this shall not impair the validity of the other provisions.
The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form is only used for the purpose of simplification.
