• How do I pay with PaysafeCard at Microsoft Store or Xbox.com?

  You will need an active PaysafeCard account to purchase one-time only (non-subscription) digital products such as game titles or in-game items. Sign-up for free here if you don’t have an account yet.
  
  Sign-up on www.paysafecard.com or download the app to create a PaysafeCard account for free.

  1. Use our store locator to find a sales outlet right in your area. You can purchase a PaysafeCard code at +600,000 sales outlets worldwide.
  2. Top up your account balance with the purchased PaysafeCard code (16-digits).
  3. Go to Microsoft Store or Xbox.com and add the games or digital products you want to purchase to your shopping cart.
  4. Go to the check-out and log into your Microsoft Store account.
  5. Choose PaysafeCard as the payment method. A pop-up will appear redirecting you to the PaysafeCard website. Please ensure your browser enables pop-ups.
  6. On the PaysafeCard website, fill in your PaysafeCard account details and submit to start the payment process.
  7. Once this is complete, you will be redirected back to Microsoft Store and your purchased items will appear in your Microsoft Store account.

• How do I pay with PaysafeCard on Xbox consoles?

  You will need an active PaysafeCard account to purchase one-time only (non-subscription) digital products such as game titles or in-game items. Sign-up for free here if you don’t have an account yet.  

  1. Sign-up on www.paysafecard.com or download the app to create a PaysafeCard account for free.
  2. Use our store locator to find a sales outlet right in your area. You can purchase a PaysafeCard code at +600,000 sales outlets worldwide.
  3. Top up your account balance with the purchased PaysafeCard code (16-digits).
  4. Go to the Microsoft Store on your Xbox console.
  5. Add the games or digital products you want to purchase to your Xbox basket by clicking the “purchase”-button.
  6. Go to the check-out and log into your Microsoft Store account.
  7. Select PaysafeCard as the payment method.
  8. To complete your purchase, scan the QR-code on your screen with your smartphone camera or a QR code reader app. If you don’t have a mobile device nearby, use the button “go to Paysafe” where you will be redirected to the PaysafeCard website to complete the purchase.
  9. Follow the steps on your smartphone and enter your credentials to complete the purchase using your PaysafeCard account.
  10. Submit to confirm your purchase. Once complete, your purchased items will be available in the game library of your Xbox console.
  11. For purchased games, remember to check that the game is downloaded and installed on your Xbox console to play it.

• What is NOT purchasable with PaysafeCard on Microsoft Store and Xbox?

  Hardware as well as subscription services cannot be purchased with PaysafeCard.

  You can purchase one-time only (non-subscription) digital products such as game titles or in-game items.

• How do I get a refund for purchases paid with PaysafeCard on Microsoft Store and Xbox?

  Refunds are only available in certain circumstances. For example, if you made a purchase online, you can normally return items up to 14 days after you purchase them for any reason and up to 30 days in accordance with the Microsoft Store return policy. Please see the Terms of Sale on Microsoft Store and Xbox for more information. You also have the right to return items when there is a serious problem with them after these periods have expired. 

  ATTENTION: Refunds should be requested within the time period set forth in the Terms of Sale or in any promotional terms applicable to your purchase.

   To initiate a return please follow the steps below.

  1. Start by requesting a refund via your Microsoft Store account.  
  2. Within your Microsoft Store account, go to “Order history“ and select “Request a return“. Follow the instructions on screen to complete the request.
  3. Once your refund is approved by Microsoft, the amount will be added to your PaysafeCard account within a couple of days.
  4. After your balance is reimbursed to your PaysafeCard account, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  5. You can then use your PaysafeCard balance for other purchases or you can request a withdrawal, subject to PaysafeCard Terms & Conditions: www.paysafecard.com/terms
