Steam - what it is and how it works
Steam is an extremely popular platform for the distribution and sale of computer games. It was founded in 2003 and now has around 120 million monthly users.
It allows you to buy games digitally and add them to your cloud library. You can then install them on any computer.
Game saves are also stored in the cloud, allowing you to continue uninterrupted gameplay on any machine.

Steam accepts various payment methods depending on the user’s location.
