Key match highlights from Stage 1
Group Alpha saw an unbeaten run from Team Heretics, who stormed through with a perfect 5–0 record, dropping just two maps across all matches. Fnatic secured second place at 4–1, while Natus Vincere’s resilience earned them third place with a 3–2 record. Team Vitality closed out the top four despite a late stumble, illustrating that every round counts when the margins are razor thin.
One of the most thrilling matchups occurred when Team Heretics faced Fnatic in the upper bracket finals, securing a decisive 2–0 victory with standout performances on Lotus and Breeze.
Over in Group Omega, top seeds demonstrated why they’ll be ones to watch in the playoffs. Team Liquid topped the group with a string of dominant performances while FUT Esports, Gentle Mates, and BBL Esports seized the remaining spots thanks to pivotal series wins and clutch plays.
