paysafeChan Giveaway conditions of participation
By participating in the paysafeChan Giveaway, the participant confirms his agreement with the following conditions of participation:
Organizer of the game: PaysafeCard.com Wertkarten GmbH ("PaysafeCard"), Am Euro Platz 2, 1120 Vienna, Austria.
Game Period: The game takes place in the period from the 10th of November 2023 to 24th of November 2023.
Game mode and Prize: The winners of the game will be determined as follows: To qualify for the price pool, the participants have to like the Giveaway Post, tag a friend in the comments, and they have to be a follower of the PaysafeCard Instagram channel.
We raffle 10 x 100 €* PaysafeCard codes (*or equal amount in another currency) among all people who follow the give-away instructions.
Eligibility to participate: All natural persons of legal age (the age of majority depends on the law of the country of residence of the respective natural person). Only one prize can be won per participant in this game.
Winner selection: Winners will be selected at random from all participants. The winners will be determined on 27th of November 2023.
Notification of the winners: The winners will be notified via Instagram notification within 3 days of the winner announcement about the result.
Prize claim: Until 30th of November 2023, midnight (CET), or forfeited.
Prize distribution: Within one month after winner announcement. No cash alternative offered.
Exclusion from the game: Employees of PaysafeCard and/or companies affiliated with PaysafeCard as well as their relatives are excluded from participating in the game. Furthermore, PaysafeCard reserves the right to exclude persons who violate these conditions of participation, criminal laws or morality from the game. Persons who make use of unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation are also excluded. In such cases, the prizes may also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.
Participation costs: Participationin the game is free of charge.
Publication/Privacy Policy: The personal data of the participant provided during the promotion will be used by PaysafeCard exclusively for the purpose of notifying the winner in accordance with the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice .
Premature termination of the game: PaysafeCard is entitled to prematurely terminate the game for good cause at any time during the promotional period and thereafter without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if and to the extent that this is necessary for organizational or technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons.
Final provisions:
The game is subject to Austrian law to the exclusion of the conflict of law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
Should individual provisions within these Terms and Conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
