Terms & Conditions of Entry – "PaysafeCard Play Predictor & Trivia Time” Promotion
Competition organiser: PaysafeCard.com Wertkarten GmbH ("PaysafeCard” or the “Organiser”).
Promotional period: The promotion will run from 28 April 2026 to 30 May 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). Exact start and end times will be confirmed by the Organiser prior to launch. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Promotional Period at its discretion.
Eligibility: Participation is open to all natural persons who:
- hold a valid PaysafeCard account; and
- are of legal age according to the laws of their country of residence.
PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion.
How to participate: Eligible customers may participate during the Promotional Period via the “Play” section within the official PaysafeCard app. No third‑party or additional applications are required. Participants can earn points by taking part in the following activities:
a) Play Predictor
Participants will be invited to predict the outcomes of selected football fixtures. Points will be awarded based on the number of correct predictions made. The more correct predictions, the higher the number of points earned.
b) Trivia Time
Participants will be invited to answer sport‑related trivia questions. Points will be awarded based on the number of correct answers submitted.
Points accumulated from both activities will contribute to the participant’s leaderboard ranking.
Leaderboard and ranking: Participants will be ranked on a leaderboard according to the total number of points earned during the Promotional Period. In the event of a tie, the Organiser reserves the right to determine the winner at its sole discretion using reasonable criteria (e.g. time of completion, accuracy rate). This promotion is a skill‑based competition, and prizes are awarded solely on the basis of the participant’s performance.
Prizes: The following prizes will be awarded to participants based on their final leaderboard position:
1st place: €1,000 PaysafeCard PIN
2nd place: €500 PaysafeCard PIN
3rd place: €250 PaysafeCard PIN
4th – 1000th place: €10 PaysafeCard PIN
1,0001st – 2,000th place: €5 PaysafeCard PIN
Prizes are not transferable; cannot be exchanged for cash; and may not be substituted. Prizes may be awarded in a currency other than euros, in which case an equivalent amount in the participant’s respective local currency will be provided. If taxes apply to the prizes in the respective country, PaysafeCard has the right to adjust the value of the prize accordingly. The Organiser's decision is final. Prizes will be credited as PaysafeCard PINs to the winner’s PaysafeCard account within 30 days after the end of the Promotional Period. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for delays caused by technical issues outside its control. Participants who do not win a prize will not be notified.
Limitation of participation: Each participant may only participate once and may only hold one PaysafeCard account for the purposes of this promotion. Any fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behaviour may result in immediate disqualification at the Organiser’s discretion. The Organiser reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a participant’s access to the promotion in case of suspected misuse.
Premature termination or modification: PaysafeCard reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion early for compelling reasons, including but not limited to technical failures or system errors, suspected fraud or abuse, and legal or regulatory requirements. No claims may be asserted against PaysafeCard as a result.
Privacy: Personal data provided in connection with this promotion will be processed exclusively for the purposes of administering the campaign and distributing prizes, in accordance the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice.
Final provisions: The competition is subject to Austrian law, with the exclusion of the relevant provisions on the conflict of laws. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna. Should any individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this shall not impair the validity of the other provisions.
