1. Introduction
1.1 PLEASE READ THESE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED AND AGREED TO THESE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THESE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE LIMITATIONS OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
1.2 The organizer of this promotion (“Promotion”) is Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited (Ireland), a company duly registered under the laws of Ireland, under company number 626671, with its registered office at 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay Dublin 2, D02 R296, Ireland. Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”) as an electronic money institution under the European Communities (Electronic Money) Regulations 2011. Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited will be later referred to as “Paysafe”, “we” or “us” (Paysafe is trading as Paysafe, PaysafeCard, PaysafeCard, my PaysafeCard, PaysafeCard Mastercard and PaysafeCash).
1.3 Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be read together and interpreted in conjunction with the PaysafeCard products Terms of Use – especially PaysafeCard Terms of Use (https:// https://www.paysafecard.com/terms). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail (only to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency).
1.4 Capitalised terms used but not defined in these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning given in the PaysafeCard products Terms of Use.
2. The Promotion
2.1 From 26th March 2025 up until 30th June 2025, 23:59 GMT (the “Participation Period”) Paysafe shall invite all Qualifying Participant via an invitation email (“Invitation Email") sent to the primary email address registered to their PaysafeCard Account or via in account banner to participate in the Promotion by completing a form (“Participation Form”) in accordance with Clause 3 below where the participating customer (“Participating Customers”) shall have the opportunity to win the Prize as stipulated in Clause 4 below. During a Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) organised in accordance with Clause 6 below we shall randomly select the winning Participating Customer, as stipulated in Clause 3 below.
3. How it Works
3.1 Qualifying Participants who wish to participate in the Promotion must complete the Participation Form during the Participation Period. Qualifying Participants who have successfully completed the Participation Form shall be regarded as Participating Customers and Paysafe shall give such Participating Customer one (1) ticket (“Entry Ticket”) that would allow them to participate in the Prize Draw for the chance to win the Prize. Participating Customers shall also have the opportunity to increase their chances to win the Prize by acquiring additional Entry Tickets. Participating Customers who wish to acquire additional Entry Tickets must successfully complete eligible transaction (“Eligible Transaction”) with Riot Games. For each successfully completed Eligible Transactions` Paysafe shall give the Participating Customer one (1) additional Entry Ticket. Participating Customers are eligible to receive up to a maximum amount of fifty (50) additional Entry Tickets for a grand total of fifty one (51) Entry Tickets during the Participation Period. For the avoidance of doubt, completion of Eligible Transactions after a Participating Customer has already collected all fifty one Entry Tickets shall not be considered. Further, submissions of the Participation Form and the completion of Eligible Transactions after the expiration of the Participation Period shall not be considered as well. All Entry Tickets shall be included in the Prize Pool as per Clause 3.2. below.
3.2 Paysafe shall include all Participating Customers’ Tickets in a pool (“Prize Pool”) from which Paysafe shall randomly select two (2) winning Participating Customer during the Prize Draw in accordance with Clause 7 below.
4. The Prize
The Prize includes the following:
- Playtest experience on the VCT EMEA competition stage during Stage 2 Grand Finale
- VIP seats for the VCT EMEA Stage 2 Grand Finale
- Flights to Berlin and one night of accommodation
5. Eligibility Criteria
5.1 This Promotion is available to Qualifying Participants and in accordance with the eligibility criteria set out below in this Clause 5.
In order to participate in the Promotion you must:
a) have a registered account with Paysafe in accordance with the PaysafeCard Account Terms of Use (“Account”);
b) be at least 18 years of age;
c) have fully verified your PaysafeCard Account in accordance with the Paysafe’s verification requirements;
d) not use your Account for commercial purposes;
e) not be a director, employee or contractor or an immediate family member of a director, employee or contractor of the service provider of any company in the Paysafe Group;
f) not reside or be located in any country that Paysafe are prohibited from offering Accounts;
g) not have your Account registered and used in any country where this Promotion and/or Prize Draw might be considered illegal and/or prohibited.
5.2 The above mentioned are collectively referred to as the “Eligibility Criteria”. If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria you are a “Qualifying Participant” for the purposes of this Promotion. Paysafe reserves the right to require Participants to provide evidence demonstrating that they meet any or all of the Eligibility Criteria and may at its discretion disqualify any Participant if such evidence is not provided within a reasonable time stipulated by Paysafe or if Paysafe (acting reasonably) is not satisfied that the Eligibility Criteria are met.

6. Eligible Transaction
6.1. Eligible Transaction is successful when:
a) A transaction is made from your PaysafeCard Account to Riot Games merchant in an amount no less than 10 EUR (merchant is any entity that is entitled to accept and actively accepts PaysafeCard payments as a payment method for goods and services provided by it (“Merchant”));
6.2 The following transactions shall not be considered Eligible Transactions:
a) Withdrawals from your PaysafeCard Account;
b) Person-to-Person payment through your PaysafeCard Account;
c) IBAN Transactions using your PaysafeCard Mastercard®.
6.3 Paysafe reserve the right to disregard any Eligible Transactions for this promotion that they, in their sole but reasonable discretion, deem an abuse of the Promotion including but not limited to, transactions that have no commercial purpose, multiple transactions that are made to artificially increase the volume of Eligible Transactions or transactions that are not for the personal benefit of the account holder.
7. Prize Draw
7.1 Subject to Clause 3.2. above, all Participating Customers shall automatically be included into the Prize Draw for the chance to win the Prize by entering your unique PaysafeCard Account identification number into a random number generator.
7.2 The Prize Draw shall take place on 8th July 2025 during which one (1) Winner (a “Winner” shall mean a Participating Customer who’s unique PaysafeCard Account identification number has been randomly drawn during the Prize Draw and as a result the Prize has been made available to the Winner) shall be selected from the Prize Pool.
7.3 The Winner shall be notified by an email sent to the primary email address and a phone call from a Paysafe representative registered to their PaysafeCard Account by 11th July and the Winner must claim their Prize by 18th July at the very latest by replying to the received email to claim the Prize and to follow any further instructions from Us to receive your Prize.
7.4 Paysafe does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to claim your Prize. If a Winner does not claim their Prize by 18th July, or if a Winner is disqualified or unable to comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions, Paysafe reserves the right to revoke the Prize completely.
8. Privacy and personal data
The processing of participants data is governed by the Paysafe Group Limited Privacy Policy which can be found on Paysafe’s website (https:// www.paysafecard.com/terms). Additional information may be required by Paysafe to verify compliance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions. Participants agree that certain of their personal information (first name, surname initial and country location) may be published on different Paysafe channels including but not limited to emails, social media and online broadcast.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Paysafe reserves the right to end this Promotion at any time in their sole discretion or to make changes to this Promotion at any time in its sole discretion by sending written notice to the e-mail address registered to your Account or by amending these Promotion Terms and Conditions. Paysafe reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Promotion Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Paysafe that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotion.
9.2 Paysafe reserves the right to remove participants from the Promotion where Paysafe has reason to believe that Participants have:
a) breached or tried to breach these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the PaysafeCard Account Terms of Use;
b) attempted to circumvent any security or operational procedures.
9.3 All decisions by Paysafe are final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered into.
9.4 Paysafe are not responsible for any of the following:
a) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion;
b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software;
c) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion;
d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries;
e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any cash prize.
9.5 To the extent permitted by law, Paysafe, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a Participating Customer, or accept any liability (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for or in connection with the participation (or attempted participation) in the Promotion whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise. Participating Customer’s statutory rights are not affected. Nothing in these Promotion Terms and Conditions excludes or limits in any way any liability for death or personal injury caused by Paysafe’s negligence, for fraud or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be excluded or limited.
9.6 Paysafe shall not be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strike, war (declared or undeclared), embargo, blockade, legal prohibition, governmental action, riot, insurrection, damage, destruction, flight or other transportation delays or cancellations.
9.7 All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the present Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Paysafe, as applicable, in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Ireland or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Ireland.
9.8 If there is any discrepancy between any translated version and the original English version of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
