Conditions of Entry – Riot April Cashback Promotion
1.The PaysafeCard promotion is conducted by paysafecard.com Wertkarten GmbH, Am Euro Platz 5, 1120 Vienna ("PaysafeCard").
2. Promotion period: The cashback promotion will run between 28.04.2025 00:00 and 30.04.2025 23:59 CET. Any transactions made outside of this period will not be eligible for cashback.
3. Eligibility requirements: To be eligible for the Cashback offer, customers must: Have a registered address in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom and have opened a PaysafeCard account in accordance with the current version of the PaysafeCard general terms and conditions; make a transaction using PaysafeCard on Riot Games to the value of 5 EUR or currency equivalent and above.
4. A 5 EUR PaysafeCard promo credit will automatically be loaded into the PaysafeCard account of the person eligible to participate, as soon as all of the conditions of entry listed above are fulfilled. The credit is valid until 30 April 2025 and redeemable Riot Games.
5. Only one entry is permitted per person. Attempts to participate more often will lead to disqualification from the promotion. Participation in the promotion cannot be transferred to others.
6. Cash payment is not possible. The organiser's decision is final. Austrian law applies. PaysafeCard accepts no responsibility for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a Participant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
7. At any time, PaysafeCard is authorised to discontinue the promotion for a compelling reason during the period of the promotion, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.
8. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion.
9. The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form has only been used for the purpose of simplification.
