Copied to clipboard

You can easily upgrade your PaysafeCard account status to “Unlimited” by following the steps below:

  1. Make sure that the details you registered in your account match the ones on your photo ID. You can check and, if necessary, edit your personal details by going to the “My details” menu in your account.
  2. Go to the “Limits & Status” menu and click “Upgrade status” to start the verification process.

As a regulated financial institution, we are required to collect some additional information about you, such as your source of wealth or primary intent of use for PaysafeCard. You may be asked to confirm this data right after you’ve started the upgrade process. Please make sure the information you provide is correct and up to date.

See our Privacy Notice for more information on how we process your personal data, as well as how you can exercise your rights in relation to your personal information.

Then you'll be asked to download the Beneficial Ownership form (Form A), which you need to fill out, scan, and upload along with a proof of residence and a copy of your valid ID.

Beneficial Ownership form

You can download the document from your account on the document upload page after starting the upgrade process. You should print it out, fill in the details, scan it and upload it on the document upload page. If you can't print it out, you can also take a photo of it or send it to us by post.

Upload proof of residency

To upgrade your status, you should also upload a document proving your address. Check our dedicated FAQ below to find out more about the documents we accept and our requirements for them.

Upload ID document

Along with your Form A and proof of residence, you should also upload a copy of your valid ID. You can choose between passport, ID card, driver’s license, or residence permit. Check out our dedicated FAQ below to find out more about our ID requirements.

Note: The size of your files must not exceed 5 MB and can only be submitted in a *.jpg, *.jpeg or *.png format.

As soon as you complete the process, you’ll receive an email confirming the status of your account. In case your document or selfie couldn’t be accepted, you’ll receive an email with further instructions.
