How can I update my date of birth?

Note that you can’t change your date of birth via the PaysafeCard app. Log in from a web browser instead.

You can change your registered date of birth at any time by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your PaysafeCard account via a web browser.
2. Go to Settings and click the pencil button next to your date of birth.
3. Enter your correct date of birth.
4. Click Save.
