Conditions of Entry – "PaysafeCard Tap2Cash Digital game Gamescom 2025" competition

 

Competition organiser: PaysafeCard.com Wertkarten GmbH ("PaysafeCard")

Promotional period: The promotion will take place between 1 August 2025 and 31 August 2025. The closing date for the promotion is 31 August 2025.

Prizes: The following prizes will be drawn among all participants for the respective promotion:

  • 3 EUR codes for participants reaching minimum of 200 points
  • Weekly prizes:
    • Week 4-10 August
    • Place 1st-3rd Gamescom tickets
    • Place 4th-25th: PaysafeCard 25€ Winner will be announced on August 11th
    • Week 11-17 August
    • Place 1-3 Gamescom tickets
    • Place 4th-25th: PaysafeCard 25€
    • Winner will be announced on August 18th
    • Week 18-24 August
    • Place 1-3: Google Pixel Phones
    • Place 4th-25th: PaysafeCard 25€
    • Winner will be announced on August 25th
  • Main prize:  1 x PlayStation®5 console + EUR 10 PaysafeCard code*
    • Main Prize: August 25th – 31st 
    • 1st Place: Sony PlayStation 5
    • Place 4th-25th: PaysafeCard 25€
    • Winner will be announced on September 1st

* or an equivalent amount in the participant's respective local currency.

Prizes are not redeemable and may not be exchanged for cash. If taxes apply to the prizes in the respective country, PaysafeCard has the right to adjust the value of the prize accordingly.  The organiser's decision is final.

Participant prerequisites: All natural persons of legal age (the full age depends on the law of the country of residence of the respective natural person) who are resident in Austria, Germany, Poland, Belgum and the Netherlands and who participate in the promotional period are eligible to participate.

Competition mode: Eligible participants from the above countries can take part in the competition by

  • Playing PaysafeCard Tap2Cash digital game 
  • Collect points by tapping the PaysafeCard codes
  • Getting minimum of 200 points to get a PaysafeCard 3 EUR code
  • Compete for the top 25 places on the leaderboard to win one of the weekly prizes
  • Compete for the first place on the leaderboard to win one of the final prize
  • accepting the Conditions of Entry.

Only one entry per person. It is only possible to take part in the promotion via www.PaysafeCard.com/tap2cash . PaysafeCard employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter the promotion. Fraudulent or manipulative activity will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion. We reserve the rights to stop the game during the promotion period.

Selection of winners: The participants are hereby informed that this is a skill based game and that all rewards are granted only based on the above requirements described above.

    • PaysafeCard 3 EUR codes: the participants from the above countries will automatically get the 3 EUR code if reached a min of 200 points
    • Weekly prizes: the top 25 participants will be granted one of our weekly prizes, as described here and will be determined by the organizer of the competition organisation. From all the participants of the game, 25 participants will be selected according to their scores on the leaderboard. A participant can only win one weekly award during the whole promotion period. The winners will be selected on a weekly basis, each Monday and communicated by email.
    • Main prize: participants can compete for winning playstation 5 and the phone by being 1st on the leaderboard. The final winners will be chosen at the end of the promotion period, between 1st of September and 30th of September 2025.

 

Communication of winnings: All of the winners will be notified about their prize by email within 30 (thirty) workdays of the winners being selected. The digital codes will be sent to the respective winners by email. To send physical prizes, PaysafeCard will contact the respective winners to determine the address of the respective winners. It may take up to a month after the winners have been notified for physical prizes to be shipped. Those who have not won a prize will not receive a notification. If the winners do not respond to the email for two weeks, the prize will go to the next winner after.  

Publication/privacy policy: The personal details of the participants specified in the promotion will be exclusively used by PaysafeCard for the notification of winnings in accordance with the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice. Disclosure to third parties is only for the purpose of sending the prize and will not be used for any other purpose.

Premature competition termination: At any time, PaysafeCard is authorised to discontinue the competition for a compelling reason during the period of the competition, without prior notice and without stating reasons. This particularly applies in cases of organisational or technical complications (e.g. computer system viruses, manipulation or failure of hardware or software, etc.) or when necessary for legal reasons.

Final provisions: The competition is subject to Austrian law, with the exclusion of the relevant provisions on the conflict of laws. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

Should any individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this shall not impair the validity of the other provisions.

The feminine form is considered equivalent to the masculine form in this document. The masculine form is only used for the purpose of simplification.
