Two-factor authentication

Security comes first with PaysafeCard. That is why we have made the PaysafeCard account even more secure with two-factor authentication, in accordance with the second European Payment Services Directive ("PSD2").

For two-factor authentication, you need the free PaysafeCard app as well as your PaysafeCard login details.

This is how two-factor authentication works:

    Connect your PaysafeCard account by logging in to the app.

    Enter your login data and confirm the message in the PaysafeCard app.

TIP: During initial installation, the box "Trust this device" is already checked, making the payment process with your PaysafeCard login details as simple, fast and secure as usual.
