What are the fees for using and paying with myPaysafe?

Opening a myPaysafe account does not incur a fee. However, the following charges may arise when using the account:

• Refund fee: the fee is directly deducted from the refunded amount and is applied to each refund.
• Service fee: If you don’t use your myPaysafe to make transactions for a period of 12 months, there will be a service fee charged every subsequent month.
• Conversion fee: PaysafeCard charges a fee for transactions with currency conversions. The PaysafeCard currency calculator will instantly give you the current exchange rate. Just enter the amount that you want to convert and select the currencies.
• Different products within myPaysafe, such as Account & Card or PaysafeCard Mastercard incur different fees.
• You may be charged a fee when adding money to your myPaysafe balance depending on the top-up option.
