How can I change my names?

Note that you can’t change your names via the PaysafeCard app. Log in from a web browser instead.

If your PaysafeCard account is with Standard status, you can change your registered names at any time by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account via a web browser.
  2. Go to Settings and click the pencil button next to your names.
  3. Enter your correct or changed names.
  4. Click Save.

If you’ve already upgraded your status to Unlimited, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account via a web browser.
  2. Go to My Cases and create a new request, attaching a document proving your new names.
  3. Alternatively, you can also use the contact channel below to submit your document.
  4. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your document has been reviewed.

Depending on the reason for changing your name, please provide one of the following documents:

  • Marriage certificate;
  • Divorce certificate;
  • Certificate of Name Change;
  • Recent photo ID (passport, driving license, ID card; front and back sides).
