How can I change my names?

Note that you can’t change your names via the PaysafeCard app. Log in from a web browser instead.
If your PaysafeCard account is with Standard status, you can change your registered names at any time by following the steps below:
- Log in to your account via a web browser.
- Go to Settings and click the pencil button next to your names.
- Enter your correct or changed names.
- Click Save.
If you’ve already upgraded your status to Unlimited, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account via a web browser.
- Go to My Cases and create a new request, attaching a document proving your new names.
- Alternatively, you can also use the contact channel below to submit your document.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your document has been reviewed.
Depending on the reason for changing your name, please provide one of the following documents:
- Marriage certificate;
- Divorce certificate;
- Certificate of Name Change;
- Recent photo ID (passport, driving license, ID card; front and back sides).
