I receive the following error message when I try to pay: The status of at least one of the PINs used is not valid for this request.

Your PaysafeCard PIN is either completely used or no longer active. Please use our balance check service to see if your PaysafeCard PIN has any remaining credit on it. If you receive an error message, please send a photo of your PaysafeCard (front and back) by submitting a ticket via our dedicated contact form.
