How can I top up my PaysafeWallet balance?

There are a few different options to top up your Wallet balance (formerly known as PaysafeWallet). Depending on your country, some may not be available to you.

Here are the ways you can top up your Wallet:

PaysafeCard

  1. Navigate to the PaysafeCard app main screen 
  2. Select Move
  3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer and tap Move. 

The transfer will be completed instantly. We will automatically display your available balance and the top-up fees when you make the transfer. From the Move section, you can also withdraw funds from your Wallet to PaysafeCard. 

If you're using a web browser, simply log in to your PaysafeCard account, go to the Wallet section, press Add money, and choose PaysafeCard.

We will automatically display your available balance and the top-up fees upon making the transfer.

PaysafeCash

  1. Select PaysafeCash (Add money with cash).
  2. Enter an amount and click Get Barcode.
  3. You’ll be redirected to PaysafeCash, where you’ll find your generated barcode with the top-up amount and applicable fees.
  4. Find a nearby payment point by clicking View Map and present the voucher with the barcode at the POS to pay the amount. The money will be loaded in your Wallet balance within a few minutes.

Note that this top-up option is not available on the mobile application.

Bank transfer

With this option, you can transfer money to your Wallet balance from another bank account.

  1. Select Bank transfer.
  2. Your personal IBAN account details will be presented on screen. Use them to make a transfer from another bank.

Depending on the sender bank, the timeframe for the money to arrive may vary from a few minutes to 3 business days.
