How can I buy PaysafeCard PINs online?
PIN Shop allows you to quickly and easily buy 16-digit PINs online when logged in PaysafeCard.
How to buy an online PIN?
- When logged in from a web browser, click ‘Get online’ in the Overview section or go to the PIN Shop section. On the PaysafeCard mobile app, press ‘Buy PaysafeCard’ on the Home section or go to Shop > Buy PaysafeCard.
- Select the PIN amount and your preferred payment method. The available payment options vary depending on your country.
- Tick the box if you’d like the purchased PIN amount to be automatically topped up to your PaysafeCard registration balance.
- Complete the transaction by entering the details of your selected payment method.
Your purchased 16-digit PIN will be displayed to you on-screen after successful payment and you’ll receive confirmation via email.

How to top up my online PIN to my PaysafeCard account?
You can choose to have the 16-digit PIN topped up to your PaysafeCard balance during the purchase or after completing it.
Online PINs can only be topped up to the PaysafeCard account from which they were purchased.
Can I buy a 16-digit PIN if I don’t have a PaysafeCard registration?
You can buy PINs online only if you have signed up for PaysafeCard.
What are the limits and fees?
We do not charge a fee for online PIN purchases.
Note that if you don’t redeem your PIN fully within 1 month after purchase, we’ll start applying a monthly service fee. To avoid this, simply spend your PIN within 1 month of purchase or top it up to your PaysafeCard account.
