How can I buy PaysafeCard PINs online?
PIN Shop allows you to quickly and easily buy PaysafeCard PINs online directly from your myPaysafe.
How to buy an online PIN?
- Log in to myPaysafe and click the ‘Buy online’ button on your dashboard or go to the section PIN Shop > Buy PaysafeCard online.
- Select the PIN amount and your preferred payment method. The available payment options vary depending on your country.
- Choose if you’d like the purchased PIN amount to be automatically topped up to your myPaysafe.
- Accept the applicable T&Cs and press Continue.
- Enter the details of your selected payment method and complete the transaction.
- Your purchased 16-digit PIN will be displayed to you on-screen after successful payment.

Can I top up my online PIN to myPaysafe?
You can choose to have the 16-digit PIN topped up to your myPaysafe during the purchase or after completing it.
Online PINs can only be topped up to the myPaysafe account from which they were purchased.
Can I buy a 16-digit PIN if I don’t have myPaysafe?
You can buy PINs online only if you have signed up for myPaysafe.
What are the limits and fees?
We do not charge a fee for online PIN purchases.
Note that if you don’t redeem your PIN fully within 1 month after purchase, we’ll start applying a monthly service fee. To avoid this, simply spend your PIN within 1 month of purchase or top it up to your myPaysafe.
