- My paysafecard PIN has been deactivated for security reasons. How do I get my paysafecard PIN reactivated?
If your paysafecard PIN is deactivated during a payment for security reasons, you immediately receive an error message directing you to the online "Reactivation Request" form. Please complete this form with the correct information. This is the only way that the paysafecard support team will be able to help you further.

- I won a paysafecard PIN in a competition, but I'm unable to use it. What do I do?
If you won your paysafecard in a competition, it is normally only redeemable at the online shop that the competition was held in partnership with. paysafecard PINs won in competitions are only redeemable within a certain time frame. You can find the expiry date on the back of the paysafecard that you won or in the e-mail in which you received the paysafecard PIN. In some cases, it is necessary to combine the paysafecard PIN you won with a minimum payment amount. You can find this information on the back of the paysafecard PIN that you won or in the e-mail in which you received it.
- What is the balance of my paysafecard PIN?
Use our balance check feature to view the current balance of your paysafecard PIN.
- Can I reverse a transaction?
No. It is not possible to cancel a payment. Please note: Once a transaction has been successfully completed, it is no longer possible to transfer the paid amount back. If you require a refund, it must be arranged directly with the online shop.
- What does "processing" mean? And how long does a payment remain in "processing"?
Once you click on "Pay" in the payment panel, the transaction amount is sent to the online shop. The transaction amount is usually available in the online shop after a couple of minutes.
In exceptional cases, such as the result of technical problems, your payment cannot be completed and the transaction amount will be credited back to you (the amount will be available to you again within a couple of minutes).
